From Grand Falls, New Brunswick, Xavier has always been fascinated by how start-ups develop into meaningful organizations. Xavier developed a greater appreciation for agricultural research while spending the summer at the University of Saskatchewan. The disconnect between agriculture research and industry remained an interest that led to the creation of Picketa Systems. At UNB, Xavier pursued his interest in artificial intelligence, data science, cybersecurity, and project management. He is now looking to scale precision agriculture, equipped with data analytics, practical software development, and business experience to lead an entrepreneurial venture.
