Joanna is the Regional Director overseeing Canada at CREO – a global network and non-profit think-and-do tank that partners with family offices and other asset owners to catalyze private capital into climate solutions and the decarbonization of industry. CREO currently works with 200 families in 25 countries, and aims to facilitate $100B of investment into climate by 2025. Previously Joanna was a Consultant at BCG (the Boston Consulting Group), where she was solving strategic business and sustainability challenges for leading North American corporations. Joanna also co-founded MyVision, an international accelerator for social entrepreneurs which has supported 10,000+ students in 10 countries, helping launch their mission-led ventures and sustainability careers. She has also worked in private sector development in emerging markets, with focus on job creation through trade promotion.

Joanna is a Rhodes Scholar holding a Master’s Degree in Public Policy from the University of Oxford and Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from McGill, where she co-developed the Minor Concentration Programme in Social Entrepreneurship at the Désautels Faculty of Management.
