Jennifer is the Co-Founder and CEO at Opalia Foods. She has a bachelor’s in behavioral sciences from McGill University and studied management at TELUQ. She has over 5 years of experience leading a team, managing a business, and building customer relationships. She is a vegan and is fighting for a more ethical and sustainable food system. She has raised over 1.5 million dollars in capital for her company, has been featured in over a dozen events as a speaker, and is part of the MaRS X RBC Women in Cleantech Accelerator.
