Felix is a senior policy advisor at Clean Energy Canada where he works to advance industrial decarbonization and low-carbon procurement policies. His previous roles include stints at the Office of the Auditor General of Ontario and the Environmental Commissioner of Ontario, where he provided analysis and recommendations to strengthen provincial climate and clean energy policy. Before joining the public sector, Felix spend 6 years working in environmental philanthropy in the UK and Canada. He has a Master of Science from Imperial College London, and a Professional Certification in Sustainable Investment from Concordia University.
