With a background in Chemistry and an MBA from Queen’s University, Alison has spent most of her professional career working with start-ups and as a leader in the innovation and research and development space. With over 20 years of experience developing and commercializing new products and technologies, Alison is committed to promoting and encouraging the contributions of Women in the STEM fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. Alison brings extensive leadership and executive experience in all facets of business development including strategic planning, finance, operations, and human resources.
